As part of Maha Samprokshana celebrations at the newly built Sri Venkateshwara temple in Amaravati from June 5-9, TTD organised an imposing Ankurarpanam fete on Saturday evening.

The daily program of the Maha Samprokshana are as follows.
JUNE 5
On June 5 Vedic rituals will commence Punyahavachanam, Panchangavyadhivasam, in the morning and homas in the evening.
June 6: After Nava Kalasha snapana kshiradhivasam morning homas will be continued in yagashala in the evening.
June 7: The festivities of chaturdasha kalasha snapana Jaladhivasan will be observed in the morning yagashala programs continued in evening.
June 8: The programs include Vimana Kalash sthapana, gopura Kalash sthapana and vigraha sthapana followed by snapana thirumanjanam in the afternoon and later in evening the rituals of Maha shanti thirumanjanam are observed yagashala at night.
June 9: The rituals begin with Maha Purnahuti, Vimana gopura Kalash avahana, Prabandam pratista, and the grand maha Samprokshana between 7.30-8.30 pm.
The devotees are allowed Srivari Dharshan for 10.30 am and later in the evening the celestial event of Shanti Kalyanotsavam is conducted.
TTD vaikanasa Agama adviser Sri Vedanta Vishnu Bhattacharya, DyEO Sri Gunabhushana Reddy, Dharmic projects officer Sri Vijayasaradhi, Dasa Sahitya project OSD Sri Anandathirtha Charyulu and others were present.
