Appalayagunta Temple Cleaned for The Annual Fete

he traditional temple cleaning fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was observed in Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta on Tuesday.

 

As the annual brahmotsavams of the temple are scheduled from June 10 to 18, the entire temple was cleaned with aromatic ingredient Parimalam between 8am and 10:30am. Later the devotees were allowed for Sarva Darshanam.

 

Temple Chief Priest Sri Surya Kumaracharyulu, Superintendent Smt Srivani, Temple Inspector Sri Siva Kumar and others were also present.

 

The important days during annual brahmotsavams includes Dhwajarohanam on June 10, Kalyanotsavam on June 13, Garuda Vahanam on June 14, Rathotsavam on June 17, Chakrasnanam and Dhwajavarohanam on June 18.
