Gokulastami Fete On 19th Aug

TTD is organizing Sri Gokulashtami celebrations at Sri Venkateswara Gosamrakshana Shala on August 19 with Go puja and cultural programs in a grand manner.

 

Elaborate arrangements are underway to resemble the Sri Krishna land at the SV Goshala flower and electrical decorations besides decorating the bovine wealth.

 

TTD also gives the opportunity to devotees to feed jaggery, rice and green fodder to animals as feeding Gomata is hailed auspicious and sacred on this auspicious day.

 

As part of the festivities, Abhishekam will be performed to the statue of Sri Venugopala Swami at the Goshala in the morning followed by devotional cultural events.
