Deepavali Asthanam Perforemed

 Deepavali Asthanam was performed with religious fervour in Tirumala temple on Monday in connection with Deepavali festival.

After the traditional temple court to the processional deities of Sri Malayappa, Sridevi, Bhudevi and Viswaksenulavaru in Bangaru Vakili, special Harati was rendered and prasadam were distributed.

Both the Senior and Junior Pontiffs of Tirumala, TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, MP Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Trust Board member Sri Maruti Prasad, New Delhi LAC Smt Prasanti Reddy, DLO Sri Reddeppa Reddy, DyEO Temple Sri Ramesh Babu, Peishkar Sri Srihari, VGO Sri Bali Reddy were also present.

Speaking to the media later TTD EO Sri Dharma Reddy, Pradhana Archakas Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu, Sri Krishna Seshachala Deekshitulu, wished all the devotees on the auspicious occasion of festival of lights.

Mukhya Archaka Sri Kiran Deekshitulu was also present.
