The entire success of nine-day Brahmotsavams depends on how best we offered services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims on the day of Garuda Seva, said TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.
Addressing the TTD senior officers and employees who have been deputed discharge duties at various points in the four Mada streets for Garuda Seva in the Brahmotsavam Conference Room set up opposite Rambhageecha on Friday afternoon, the TTD EO directed that the facilities which we provide to the devotees on the important day decides the success of Brahmotsavams. “So all the deputed staff should discharge their duties and responsibilities with more patience, efficiency and dedication”, he reiterated.
The on-duty officials in East, West, North and South Mada streets should ensure that every devotee gets the food and water supply. “If any problem is there, it should be immediately taken to the notice of concerned official for redress without any delay”, he maintained.
Earlier, the JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, discussed in elaborate on the action plan for the food distribution and water supply to the pilgrims in the galleries with the help of Srivari Seva volunteers.
CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar, FACAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, Special Officer for Catering Sri GLN Shastry, other senior officers, deputation staff were also present.
