Pushpayagam Performed

The colourful and divine ritual of flowers, Pushpayagam was performed with religious fervour in Tirumala temple on Tuesday evening.

The archakas performed the fete with utmost devotion chanting Vishnu Mantras offering nine tonnes of varieties of flowers and invoking the blessings of Pulludu-the chief deity of Pushpayagam, seeking His divine grace to save the entire life from all catastrophies.

Later Garden Deputy Director Sri Srinivasulu was felicitated on the occasion as it was a practice.

TTD EO Sri Dharma Reddy, Board Members Sri Rambhupal Reddy, Sri Madhusudhan Yadav, Sri Maruti Prasad and others were present.
