The beauty of Tirumala enhanced with the advent of fog, mist, torrents and waterfalls everywhere all along the First and Second Ghat Roads besides the interiors of Seshachala ranges etc. due to the continuous rains in the Hill Town from the past two days.
Throughout the 15km long Second Ghat road, streams of water were seen emerging from the hilly rocks, which enhanced the glamour quotient of Tirumala hills. It’s been a rare spectacle for the passersby as water streams on second ghat road occurs only there is an unprecedented downpour.
The pilgrim devotees especially the pedestrian pilgrims who trek the footpath routes, seen enjoying every moment, capturing the beauties of nature in their cell phones, cameras etc. All the vehicles which usually rush to reach Tirumala to have darshan of Lord, chose to travel at a slow pace to enjoy “Never Seen Before”, beauties of Seshachala Ranges.
The streams gushing out at Akkagarla Gudi, 38, 37, 26, 21 turns in the Down Ghat Roads provided a feast to the devotees.
On the other hand, the fog and mist wrapped up the entire Ghat road and various places in Tirumala, providing a different look to visiting pilgrims who cherished the rare moments.
Apart from Malavadi Gundem and Kapila Teertham waterfalls, several others are also seen emerging from the rocky structures of Seshachala Ranges. The Check dams are also seen overflowing in down ghat road.
Meanwhile, Tirumala registered nearly 210mm of rainfall following the effect of the Mandous Cyclone. All the five dams, viz. Gogarbham, Papavinasanam, Akasaganga, Kumaradhara and Pasupudhara are full to their capacities.
