Pushpayagam Performed

The annual Pushpayagam was observed with religious fervour at Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Tirupati was held on Wednesday evening.

The Pushpayagam, floral ritual was performed between 4pm and 6pm to Sri Sita Lakshmana sameta Sri Rama Chandra Murty with three tonnes of various traditional and aromatic flowers and leaves.

Later the deities were taken along four mada streets in a celestial procession.

DyEO Nagaratna, Garden Deputy Director Sri Srinivasulu, AEO Sri Mohan and other temple staff, religious staff, Grihasta devotees were also present.
