Governor plants a sapling at Raj Bhavan on World Environment Day

Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, on the occasion of the World Environment Day, has planted sapling at the Raj Bhavan, here, on Monday.

The Governor took the World Environment Day pledge along with the Raj Bhavan Pariwar members.

She directed the staff to ensure the best possible greenery in the Raj Bhavan complex and strive to beat plastic pollution. 

Advisors to Governor A.P.V.N. Sharma, and A.K. Mohanty, Secretary to Governor (FAC) J. Bhavani Shankar, Joint Secretary CN Raghu Prasad, and others were present.
