 DIAL YOUR EO PROGRAM 


TIRUMALA, 16 JULY 2023: The TTD attended to 23 callers during the monthly Dial your EO programme held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Sunday. Before taking the calls from the pilgrim devotees, the EO briefed on the various festivals and development activities in the last one month for the information of the pilgrims.


Highlights: 


The traditional temple budget fete, Anivari Asthanam will be observed in Srivari temple on July 17. Srimad Bhagavatham pravachanams commenced by TTD from July 3 at the Nada Niranjanam platform and the same is being telecasted on SVBC every day between 6pm and 7pm.


Caution deposit refunds are made within 3 days to 7 days of vacation of room by the devotees who have done the payment through UPI 


After the recent incident of a three-year-old kid who has survived a leopard attack in Alipiri footpath route, TTD has issued certain guidelines to the pilgrims and requested to come in groups on Tirumala Footpaths  


Plastic wastes should be dumped in dust bins provided in RTC buses to avoid environmental pollution. 


Sri Srinivasa Chaturveda Homam was held for the first time in the temple city of Tirupati, seeking global harmony and well-being from June 29 to July 5.


Maha shanti Homam was performed at Seventh Mile Anjaneya Swamy to prevent accidents on ghat roads.


National Arthoplasty Conference was held for the first time where in live surgeries of kneecap and cleft implants were performed on 22 selected poor patients by ortho experts. Over 200 expert surgeons from all over the country participated in the summit organised by the BIRRD hospital.
