Pallavotsavam on 26th July

The festival commemorating the birth anniversary of Mysore Maharaja will be observed on July 26 in Tirumala.

As part of this fete Sri Bhu sameta Sri Malayappa will reach Karnataka Choultries and receive the honours from the representatives of the Karnataka Government and Mysore Samsthan.This fete is under vogue in Tirumala from the past three centuries.

On the advent of Uttarabhadra star every month there will be a special asthanam every month in Tirumala temple. Similarly, special harati will be rendered on Ugadi, Diwali and Anivara Asthanam in the name of Maharaja of Mysore.

On the day of Utlotsavam on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami also the Utsava deities visit Karnataka Choultries.
