Pushpayagam in Appalayagunta on 6th July

The annual Pushpa Yagam will be observed in Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta on July 6 with Ankurarpanam for the same on July 5.

The annual brahmotsavams in this famous shrine took place between May 31 and June 8. As a sin-free ritual, Pushpa Yagam will be usually observed by the Acharya Purushas. 

In the morning, there will be Snapana Tirumanjanam to the Utsava deities followed by Pushpa Yagam between 2.30pm and 5pm with tonnes of varieties of flowers.
