All States to Display Unique Arts on Garuda Seva





All Hindu Dharmic Projects Program Officer Sri Rajagopal Rao disclosed on Wednesday that artists from 12 states are being invited to display their unique art forms during the ongoing Srivari annual Brahmotsavam in Tirumala.


Addressing reporters at the Media centre in Rambagicha-2 during the press conference, he said artists from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan will be displaying their art forms and skills at the Vahana sevas.


While each state is performing in front of Vahana Sevas on a day, all of them together will present their own state arts on Garuda day which is going to remain as a special attraction.


He said every day 10 teams perform in the morning and 11 in the evening Vahana sevas. Similarly, all of them also present their arts in Tirupati. 


Dasa Sahitya Project Special Officer Sri Ananda Thirthacharyulu highlighted the significance of the Brahmotsavam and that artists from Kanyakumari to Kashmir present their programs with devotion.


Annamacharya Project Director Dr Akella Vibhishana Sharma said over 470 festivals are being observed at Tirumala every year besides releasing several religious publications in front of the Vahana Sevas during Brahmotsavam.


AEO of All Dharmic Projects Sri Sriramulu, APRO Kumari P Neelima, archaka coordinator Sri Hemant Kumar, Superintendents Sri Kanti Kumar, Sri Chandramouleshwara Sharma and others were present.
