Navaratri Celebrations in Punganur Temple

The Navratri celebrations at the Sri Kalyana Venkataramana Swamy Vari Temple in Punganur began on Sunday.  It will be observed till October 24th. On the first day, Bommala Koluvu is set up in the temple following Navaratri. Abhishekam will be performed to Ashtalakshmi Amma Varlu every morning and Asthanam is performed in the night.
