The artists from Telangana showcased their traditional arts like kolatas, folk dances and bhajans during the ongoing Srivari Navaratri Brahmotsavam.
Addressing a conference at the Media centre in Ram Bhagicha Rest House the team leaders from Telangana cultural groups said they were blessed by Sri Venkateswara Swamy to perform at Mada streets and please both the deities as well entertain devotees during Vahana Sevas.
Earlier Sri Rajagopal Rao, the Program officer of All Dharmic Projects highlighted the TTD’s cultural drive to invite artists from all over the country and showcase their skills on the devotional platforms of Tirumala.
In all 11 cultural teams comprising 281 artists performed tribal art forms like Gussadi dances, lambada dances, chukka bhajan and kolatas providing cultural feast to devotees.
