Govinda Koti Books Soon - TTD Eo

TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said that Govinda Koti books are being printed by TTD and soon they will be available online as well at TTD Kalyana Mandapams and Information Centers. The monthly Dial Your EO program was held on Friday at Annamaiah Building in Tirumala. On this occasion, EO attended to nearly 28 callers from different states who gave their valuable suggestions and feedback. The EO informed this when a pilgrim caller Sri Mohan Krishna from YSR Kadapa sought TTD to provide Govinda Koti books. Some other excerpts:

A pilgrim caller Sri Bharat from Prakasam brought to the notice of the TTD EO about the Sesha Vastram presented to them by TTD was not qualitative to which the EO said he will instruct the officials concerned to look into the issue and resolve.

Another caller Sri Shankar from Hyderabad asked EO whether he could merge all the donor passbooks into one and avail VIP break darshan to which the EO said, there is a possibility only if he has not availed the darshan and other privileges for the earlier donations he has done.

Sri Aswant Reddy from Hyderabad poured in appreciation of TTD EO for introducing various dharmic and spiritual programmes. He also suggested EO to introduce some keeping children and youth as the target audience to which EO replied, the TTD board has decided and soon TTD will be distributing Bhagavat Gita in a simplified manner and one crore copies will be distributed to all the schools.

Sri Raghu from Anantapur sought EO to construct a temple in the vacant place located adjacent to TTD Kalyana Mandapam in his area to which the EO readily agreed.

When a couple of callers asked EO to implement equal darshan for all, the EO said till 1980 owing to the existing pilgrim rush during that period, all devotees were given nearby darshan. But with the pilgrim rush touching 35thousand it was made Laghu and Maha Laghu from 2006 onwards. So to avoid long waiting hours to pilgrims TTD has to provide darshan from Jaya-Vijaya point alone and has allotted only three hours darshan time to protocol VIPs.
