Highlights of the Board Meeting






 




TTD Trust Board under the Chairmanship of Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy has taken the following decisions.


Regularization of employees working on a Contract basis as per the Government Order No. 114. The board will discuss the applicability of GO during the next meeting to the employees working under contract as per the eligibility criteria.


Sri Srinivasa Divya Anugraha Vishesha Homam will commence at Alipiri Go Mandiram on November 23 by 9am. Everyday this ritual will be observed. The ticket of Grihasta has been fixed as Rs.1000 per couple. Both online and offline tickets are available.


As a part of encouraging traditional fine arts, the commencement of evening courses in SVITSA in Kalamkari and Sculpting


2.40 crore sanctioned to allow the continuance of 528 workers of All India Institute of Local self Government engaged in cleaning, serving, loading and unloading services at TTD Anna Prasadam department for three months.


3.40 crore sanctioned for continuing the services of 1694 workers engaged in five packages for sanitation work in Tirumala health department for one more year


15.12 crore sanctioned towards the extension of 80 feet road up to an extent of 2.80 km from Mangalam RTO office up to Padmavati flour mill in Renigunta for resolving traffic issues of devotees coming for srivari Darshan from all regions


.1.65 crore tender finalised for ground floor development of SV Ayurveda Hospital at Tirupati for providing quality Ayurvedic treatment


11.05 crores tender approved towards the construction of a new godown in the Marketing Godown complex at Alipiri for facilitating storage of commodities like rice, dal, sugar, oil etc utilised in preparation of Anna Prasadam for Srivari temple and other local temples.

* The construction of the new godown will facilitate the storage of commodities for 60-90 days from the present storage capacity of 15 days


.1.79 crore sanctioned for building a new TB ward in the Ruia hospital in exchange of the use of the site of the old TB ward which was taken towards the construction of the Sri Padmavati Children's Heart Centre Super Specialty Hospital


* Tender of 3.35 crore approved to construct second and third floors for the benefit of the patients attendants in SVIMS


* Tender of 25.67 crore approved for laying gravel road at land allotted for TTD employees house sites at Vadamalapeta in Padiredu area


* Similarly board approved  15 crore tender for laying gravel road in the additional 132 acre land granted in the same region for employees house sites.


13.29 crore tender approved for laying a 4 lane road up to highway from Narayanadri  hospital junction in Renigunta to Tiruchanoor


* Board also approved 4.89 crore to develop footpaths, drains and central dividers from Tiruchanoor junction to MR Palli junction


* Tenders of 15.54 crore approved towards the construction of Sri Padmavati Sameta Sri Venkateswara Swami temple at Karimnagar.


3.11 crore tender approved for laying 1.135 km road from  Hero Show Room, Renigunta to Grand Ridge Hotel Tiruchanoor


* Tenders for 6.15 crore approved for development works of TTD employees quarters at Ramnagar in Tirupati


* In continuation of FMS services for one more year the Board also approved 13.20 crore for south package,  9.60 crore for East package


* Tenders  of  74.24 crore  approved towards the construction of a new Cardioneuro  block at SVIMS


* Administration sanctions granted towards the modernisation and renovation works of SVIMS hospital buildings

at Rs.197cr


* Tenders of 21.10 crore approved for laying 4 lane road from Pudipatla junction near  Vakulamata temple highway


* Brahmotsavam Bahumanam  of  14000 to TTD regular employees and 6,850 to contract and outsourcing employees approved by Board


* Board also approved a sanction of  3.50 crore towards the purchase of equipment for setting up a wildlife monitoring cell control room by Tirupati DFO besides  seeking Government approval for the proposal to grant annually  5 crore for the purpose


* Board approved a proposal to consider Typists, Telex operator, telephone operator (grade-1) posts into Junior assistant cadres as part of manpower adjustment process


TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, some of the board members and other officials were also present.
