On the ninth day of Sri Kapileswara Swamy annual Brahmotsavam in Tirupati, the celestial Kalyanam of Siva and Parvati was held in grandeur.
On this occasion, under the guidance of the temple's head priest Sri Manivasan Gurukul, the priests performed the ritualistic kalyanam of Parvati Parameshwar with utmost devotion.
Later on Tiruchi, Swami paraded through the streets and blessed the devotees.
TRISHUL SNANAM ON MARCH 10:
The last day of Brahmotsavam will be celebrated on Sunday, March 10, with Trisula Snanam.
From 6.30 am to 8.30 am Sri Natarajaswamy will give darshan on Suryaprabha Vahanam. From 9 am to 10.30 am Trisula Snanam ghattam will be conducted as per the tenets of Saivagama.
Dhwajavarohanam will be held between 6 pm and 7.30 pm. The annual fest will conclude with Ravanasura Vahanaseva held from 8 to 10 pm.
Tirupati Mayor Dr Sirisha, Temple Deputy EO Sri Devendra Babu, AEO Sri. Subbaraju, and other staff, devotees participated in this celestial Kalyanam.
