Sravana Upakarma in Srivari Temple

Shravana Upakarma was performed in Tirumala Srivari Temple on Monday on the auspicious occasion of Sravana Pournami on Monday.

As part of this, Sri Krishna Swamy is brought on a procession to the temple of Sri Bhuvarahaswamy and performed Snapana Tirumanjanam.  

After that, a new Yajnopaveeta was presented to the Lord and the Asthanam was held.  

Later Swami reached the temple in a procession.

Temple Peishkar Sri Srihari, priests and other officials participated in this program.
