TTD Eo Eo Inspects CRO, Sapthagiri Observes Room Allotment System

TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao along with the Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary and CVSO Sri Sreedhar, inspected the Sapthagiri Satralu and Central Reception Office on Saturday at Tirumala.

Initially, at Sapthagiri Satralu he inspected the rooms, verified the cleanliness in corridors, bathrooms and also checked the switchboards, Jalaprasadam, matresses, beds, cots and bedsheets. Later he asked the officials concerned to list out the various damages and immediately rectify the defects. The EO also directed the officials to carryout deep cleaning and ensure that the premises be kept clean. Later the EO interacted with the pilgrims and verified the allotment process at the counters.

Later at the Central Reception Office, the EO observed the process of allotment of rooms to the devotees. He checked the Electronic Display Board, information kiosks and also interacted with the devotees from Karnataka and Kallakurichi. The EO instructed the officials concerned also to display the information on the availability of rooms at Tirumala for the convenience of the pilgrims. He also directed the offiicals to make announcements and verify whether any pilgrim needs lockers in PACs and allot them accordingly on availability. 

SE 2 Sri Satyanaryaana, EE s Sri Venugopal, Sri Srinivasulu, DE Electrical Sri Chandrasekhar, DyEO R2 Sri Harindranath, VGOs Sri NTV Ram Kumar, Sri Surendra, AEO Sri Naidu and other officials were also present.
