Ankurarpanam Held

For the annual Pavitrotsavams which are scheduled to commence from September 16, the festival of prelude, Beejavapanam was observed on Sunday evening in Sri Padmavati Ammavaru temple at Tiruchanoor.

Also known as Ankurarpanam, this ritual is being observed a day before the three-day annual event.

Temple DyEO Sri Govindarajan, AEO Sri Ramesh and others were present.
