Provide Feedback to Improve the Pilgrim Facilities - TTD Addl Eo

The srivari sevaks besides offering services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims with utmost discipline, dedication and devotion, should also provide feedback for improving the facilities to devotees said TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary.

Addressing the Srivari Sevaks hailing from AP, TS, TN, Karnataka, Maharashtra during the Satsang program held at Seva Sadan 2 in Tirumala on Wednesday evening, he said, the Srivari Sevaks should make use of the divine opportunity by offering the best possible services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims at Tirumala.

He also asked them to observe the happenings at their service points and give their feedback which plays a vital role for improving the facilities to devotees.

He said the online registration of Srivari Seva as well the allotment of temple duty through electronic dip systems are being carried out in a transparent manner and later he released the temple duty through the e-dip system in front of Srivari Sevaks.

Bhajan and meditation programmes were also held to the devotees.

Chief PRO Dr T Ravi, PRO Kum. P Neelima, Srivari Seva and PR office staff, others were also present.

Earlier, the Additional EO inspected the areas including Sri Padmavati Rest House, new Panchajanyam Kitchen in view of AP CM's visit on the first day of annual Brahmotsavams on October 4.

CE Sri Satyanarayana, Garden Dy Director Sri Srinivasulu, Dy Director of Forests Sri Srinivas, DyEOs Sri Rajendra, Health Smt Asha Jyothi, Catering Special Officer Sri GLN Shastry, VGO Sri Surendra and others were also present.
