The entire temple complex is glittering with electrical illumination and the surroundings with the a galaxy of mythical divinities.
The 3 Dimention figurine of Sri Maha Vishnu on the moving Garuda atop old Sahasra Deepalankara Seva Mandapam stands as a cynosure.
Besides various mythological including Sri Rama, Hanuman, Tirunamam, Dasavatara, Astalakshmi, Vishwarupam, Tumburu, Annamacharya, Sri Rama Pattabhishekam and 15 such big and 30 small illuminated themes erected apart from the decorative arches, walls, trees and many more.
Parkon and Facade lightings are used at different places to enhance the attractive look. TTD has allocated Rs.2.20 crores for electrical decorations in Tirumala.
According to DE Sri N Chandrasekhar, over 200 electricians including 100 from TTD and 100 from outside places including Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Guntur besides Tirupati worked for over 45 days to erect these electrical figurines.
Out of the 32 large digital screens, 23 are installed in Mada Streets besides nine in the crowded areas including SV Museum, Varahaswamy Rest House, MTVAC, Rambhagicha Rest House, Filter House and other places to watch Vahanaseva on all the nine days.
The 23 screens are provided with live HD resolution services for better visibility and clarity of the religious programs and Vahana sevas for the sake of devotees by Radio and Broadcast department of TTD.
