Evacution Committee on G-Day

Ensuring the safety of pilgrims, TTD has constituted an Evacuation Committee, consisting of officers from TTD Vigilance and Security who will be coordinating with the Traffic Police.

The Additional EO of TTD on Monday evening held a meeting with Tirumala officials on Brahmotsavam arrangements at Annamaiah Bhavan. 

He said the chief aim of this committee is to safely evacuate the devotees in the galleries of the Four Mada streets to reach their respective bus points in a hassle-free manner after the completion of witnessing Garuda Seva on October 8. 

He also instructed the Engineering Wing to place necessary display boards of boarding points of buses for the ease of the pilgrims.

The additional EO also reviewed the Paraphernalia, animal behaviour during procession and preparedness of Gosala wing besides discussing the cultural troupes in front of Vahana Sevas with All Projects department.

CE Sri Satyanarayana, GM Transport Sri Sesha Reddy, DyEO Sri Lokanatham, VGOs Sri Surendra, Sri Ramkumar, Gosala Chief Dr Haranath Reddy, All Projects officials and others were also present.
