Mythological Dances Amuse Devotees


























On Saturday night, the second day of Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam, the performances of artform groups organized under the auspices of TTD's  Dharmic projects imparted spiritual joy to the devotees. 


In all 511 artists from 18 groups from five states performed in the cultural blitz brought out by the TTD during Hamsa Vahana at the Mada streets of Tirumala.

A display of Bharatanatyam by students of Sri Venkateswara Sangeet Nritya College, Tirupati, Kathak dance by Geetha troupe from Maharashtra. Dr. Raksha Karthik from Karnataka presented a stunning Deepa dance. Ajay's team from Punjab entertained devotees with a Unique Teppa dance and Sujendra Babu's team from Bengaluru with presented a vibrant Dasavataram Rupakam.

Team Narendra from Maharashtra swept the audience with Bangra Dance, Archana Team from Hyderabad with a ballet of Padmavati Parinayam, Ananya Team from Bangalore with Kaliya Mardhana Rupakam, Taruna Reddy Team from Bangalore with Mayura Dance, Vijayalakshmi Team from Karnataka with Kuravanji Dance. 

Similarly, Mahesh Kumar team from Karnataka with DLolla kunita Kala Vinyasam, Ram Team from Rajasthan presented Nauvrta Kala Vinyasam, Dharani Kashyap troupe from Tamil Nadu with Kuchipudi dance.

In the finale end of Vahana was the Dr. Murali Krishna team from Tirupati town with Mohiniattam. The Veeraveni, Shivalakshmi, Tulsi Padma troupes from East Godavari, Hyderabad and Tirupati entertained the devotees of Mada Street Gallery with Kolatam.
