Spectacular Cultural Show at Chandraprabha Vahanam

















The pleasant evening on Thursday, the 7th day of the ongoing Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam in Tirumala witnessed artistic troupes from different states giving soulful performances in front of Chandra Prabha Vahana.


Under the auspices of TTD Hindu Dharmic Projects, 16 art groups consisting 416 artists from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Bihar, Punjab and Maharashtra have presented their dance and songs to entertain the devotees along the galleries of four Mada streets.

Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and folk dances by the students of TTD run Sri Venkateswara Sangeet Nritya Kalasala enthralled the spectators. 

Bihari folk dance performed by Umashankar troupe from Bihar, Chandrakala dance performed by Rupashree troupe from Karnataka state, percussion instruments performed by Nagalakshmi troupe from East Godavari district, Punjab state Luddi, a folk dance of the state, performed by Bhavin Rathode troupe impressed the devotees.

Yakshaganam performed by the Gouri group of Karnataka,  Chakka bhajans performed by Rajeswara Rao group from Vijayawada, Keiluguram performed by Subrahmanyam group from Palamaneru were some other cynosures.

Kolatam by Srinivasulu team, Ramaavataram Rupakam by Dr. Murali Krishna Troupe from Tirupati went on gracefully.
