The employees who are drafted for Brahmotsava Garuda Seva deputation duties shall discharge their responsibilities with complete dedication and should put their heart and soul in their work, asserted TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao.

Addressing the workforce specially drafted for Garuda Seva duties at Asthana Mandapam on Monday evening, the EO along with the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary said this year the G-day arrangements have been meticulously planned and all the 183 galleries in the four mada streets have been provided with one co-ordinator to monitor the facilities to the pilgrims waiting in the galleries.

"If any problem is there which cannot be resolved, immediately escalate the same to the higher authorities without any delay. 

Coordination and teamwork are most important", he maintained. 

Earlier, the Additional EO said, every deputed employee should take the lead at his or her work spot. "We have deployed more staff for better coordination and offering hassle free services to the pilgrims than in the previous years. For East Mada Street 176, South 76, West 129, North 182 taking the total to 563 for the 180 odd galleries of four mada streets. Besides 46 senior officers and 360 ministerial staff have also been deployed", he maintained.

JEO Sri Veerabrahmam said, as per the latest reports, the pilgrims are reaching Tirumala in huge numbers and there are chances of filling of all the galleries by 10 am itself on Tuesday. We start distributing milk to devotees waiting in the galleries from now itself,  he maintained.

CVSO Sri Sridhar said, one AVSO is made incharge of each street to execute hassle-free Evacuation Plan soon after the completion of Vahana Sevas. "We usually keep the Mada streets vacant so as to evacuate the pilgrims in the case of emergencies. Hand sets will be provided to all the officers and they can contact the Command Control in the case of any emergency and inform the issue", he added.

TTD Chief PRO Dr T Ravi said, a total of around 1500 Srivari Sevaks have been deployed in the four Mada streets exclusively on the day of Garuda Seva to vigil, distribute Annaprasadam and Water.

The Annaprasadam special officer said, the menu of delicacies have been meticulously planned and will be distributed without any issue with the support of police and vigilance.

FACAO Sri Balaji, DyEO Health Smt Asha Jyothi, VGO Sri Surendra and other sectoral officers, senior officers, In-charge officers, deputation employees were also present.
