TTD JEO (H&E)Smt. Gautami has directed officials to make foolproof arrangements at the Slotted Sarva Darshanam (SSD) token centers to enable devotees to have darshan of Srivaru on the day of Vaikuntha Ekadasi Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam.
After a review with the officials at the TTD Administrative Building on Friday she directed that TTD officials should make department wise coordinated arrangements department as per the instructions of TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao.
She said that there should be no laxity in the facilities that are being arranged for issuing tokens for Vaikuntha Dwara darshans for 10 days from January 10 to 19 in Tirupati.
She also asked the officials to make concrete arrangements for issuing SSD tokens to devotees at Indira Maidan, Ramachandra Pushkarini, Srinivasam Complex, Vishnunivasam Complex, Bhudevi Complex, Ramanaidu High School in Bhairagipatteda, Zilla Parishad High School in MR Pally, Zilla Parishad High School in Jeevakona as well as in the counters at Tirumala Balaji Nagar Community Hall for Tirumala locals.
TTD engineering, vigilance, technical staff and police should work in coordination and issue tokens without any problems to the devotees, she stressed.
This time slips with photos will be issued to devotees and the IT department should be more vigilant to avoid technical hiccups during the encoding of Aadhaar cards, the JEO added.
Arrangements should be made to issue 1.20 lakh tokens for January 10, 11 and 12 from 5 am on January 9.
In the context of granting tokens at a total of 94 counters, including 90 counters in 8 centers in Tirupati and 4 counters in ine centre at Tirumala, the relevant departments of TTD should work together, she reiterated.
Similarly, for the remaining days (from January 13 to 19), arrangements should be made to issue tokens only at Bhudevi Complex, Srinivasam and Vishnu Nivasam in Tirupati on the previous day for next day Darshan.
For the convenience of devotees, queue lines, barricades, sheds, security, drinking water, toilets and other works should be completed on time, she directed the concerned.
