Koil Alwar Held

The traditional religious temple cleaning ritual of Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam in connection with Radha Saptami on February 04 was observed in Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple at Tiruchanoor on Tuesday

The entire temple, sub-temples and puja utensils were cleansed with an aromatic ''Parimalam'' mixture from 6am till 9am.

Paradas Donated

Hyderabad-based Sri Venkata Ramprasad Verma has donated 08 large temple door curtains to the temple and handed over them to DyEO Sri Govindarajan. Archaka Sri Babu Swamy was also present.

Meanwhile, the temple authorities have cancelled Kalyanotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Sevas following the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam.

AEO Sri Devarajulu, Superintendent Sri Ramesh, temple inspectors Sri Chalapathi, Sri Subba Rayudu were also present.
