Sri Govindaraja Swamy Vari Temple Adhyayanotsavams

Adhyayanotsavams in Sri Govindarajaswamy temple will be conducted from 28th January to 20th February.

Recitation of Divyaprabandha is an age-old custom in the temple every year on the occasion of Adhyayanotsava.  

As part of this, every night from 7.15pm to 8.15 pm, Sridevi and Bhudevi along with Sri Govindarajaswamy, Senadhipati and Alwars are worshiped in the Kalyanamandapam of the temple.  

Divyaprabandha is recited in their presence.  As part of the festival, Chinna Sattumora will be held on February 7, Pranaya Kalahotsavam on February 13 and Pedda Sattumora on February 17.
