All devotees should take advantage of this opportunity as TTD has set the model temple of Srivaru has at Maha Kumbha Mela in Prayag Raj, especially for the devotees of the North, said TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu.
Earlier, on his arrival to the temple on Monday morning, the HDPP Secretary Sri Sriram Raghunath and Deputy EO Sri Guna Bhushan Reddy welcomed him.
After darshan, Thirtha Prasadams were given. Later under the supervision of Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu, one of the chief priests of Srivari Temple performed Chaturveda Havanam and performed pooja.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman said that he was happy to set up a model temple of Srivaru in the Maha Kumbha Mela at Prayag Raj which is held for 45 days from January 13 to February 26 from Sankranti to Shivratri.
He also said 250 staff have been deputed in Prayagraj and congratulated the officials of Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad for making elaborate arrangements for Dharmic propagation in the North.
All the devotees of the North are requested to take advantage of this opportunity visiting the Srivari Temple and beget His divine blessings, he added.
He also said, that it is for the first time silk clothes were presented to Sri Ram in Ayodhya on behalf of TTD, and on this occasion, a large number of devotees came to the Snapana Thirumanjanam program which was grandly organized by TTD on the banks of Sarayu river.
AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Bokkasam in-charge Sri Gururaja Swamy and other officers participated in this program.
