Social Message in Annamacharya Kritis

The renowned scholars univocally advocated that there is a social message which suits even the present conditions in the Sankeertans penned by Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya.

During the literary meet held at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati commemorating the 522nd Death Anniversary fete of the Saint Poet, the scholars expressed their views on the great works of the Saint Poet which are relevant even after five and a half centuries of his demise.

Scholars including Prof. Hari Sarvottama Rao, Dr Krishna Veni, Dr Nallanna gave their speeches.

While renowned veteran Annamacharya Project artist Sri Ananda Bhattar, Smt Bullemma presented some popular notes of Annamacharya in a melodious manner, enthralling the audience.

Annamacharya Project Director Sri Rajagopal Rao was also present.
