Grand Rathotsavam Marks Held

Grandeur marked Rathotsavam on the seventh day of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams at Sri Kodandarama temple in Vontimitta of Kadapa district on Saturday.

The traditional wooden chariot procession commenced at 10:30am and glided along the streets of the temple till evening before reaching the Ratha Mandapam.

Besides the local devotees, denizens from surrounding villages also pulled the mammoth wooden chariot with religious gaiety and enthusiasm. 

The Additional EO of TTD Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, engineering officers, DyEO Sri Natesh Babu and others participated.
