The Sampoorna Ramayana setting set by TTD for the first time has been attracting many devotees at Vontimitta Sri Kodandarama temple.
The setting was put for display in the temple premises under the auspices of the Garden Department of TTD on the occasion of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams.
In this, the settings of Sri Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrughna along with Dasharatha, Kausalya, Sumitra, Kaikeyi, and Vishwamitra Maharshi have been attracting devotees.
Besides, the episodes of Sri Rama Lakshmana protecting Yagna from the demons Maricha and Subahu, Sri Rama and Lakshmana killing the demons, Sri Ramachandra shooting the bow of Shiva in the Court of King Janaka to marry Sita Devi and many other episodes convey the story of Ramayana at one go in an impressive manner.
Similarly, the artworks depicting Ravana abducting Sita, the ''Vanara Sena'' building a bridge to Lanka, Lakshmana cutting off the nose and ears of the demoness Surpanakha, and the coronation ceremony attract the devotees.
Apart from this display, the floral decoration has been with various types of traditional flowers and cut flowers inside and outside the temple to enchanting the devotees.
