Sri Bhagvad Ramanujacharya Avatara Mahotsavams from 30th April to 02nd May

The Alwar Divya Prabandha Project of TTD is organizing Sri Bhagavad Ramanujacharya Avatara Mahotsavams from April 30 to May 2 at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati.

As part of the three-day celebrations, literary discourses and devotional music programs dedicated to Sri Ramanujacharya will be conducted every evening from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

The festival will commence on April 30 at 5:30 PM with the blessings of Tirumala Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swami and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami. 

This will be followed by a discourse by Acharya Chakravarthi Ranganathan on the topic “Sri Ramanujacharya Vaibhavam”. 

Later, Sri K. Saraswati Prasad and team from Annamacharya Project will present a devotional music program.

On May 1 at 6 PM, Dr. K.T.V. Raghavan from will deliver a lecture on “Sri Ramanujacharya – The Essence of Sri Vaishnavism”, followed by a Harikatha presentation by Sri Venkateswarlu, faculty member of SV College of Music and Dance.

On May 2 at 6 PM, Sri K.E. Lakshmi Narasimhan of Tirupati will speak on “Sri Ramanujacharya and Tirumala Kainkaryams”. 

The event will conclude with a devotional music performance by Smt. R. Bullemma and team from Annamacharya Project.
