Inauguration of Sub-Inquiry Office At GNC
TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao said that steps have been taken to ensure that common devotees who come from distant places have a darshan of Srivaru can easily get accommodation in Tirumala.
The modernized Sub-Inquiry Office was inaugurated at Garudadri Nagar Cottage(GNC) in Tirumala by the EO on Sunday along with TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary.
Speaking on this occasion, EO informed that all arrangements are being made in Tirumala so that the common devotees do not face any inconvenience. As part of that, a survey has been conducted at all the rest houses in Tirumala and steps have been taken to provide better facilities.
He said that 42 sub enquiry offices in Tirumala are being modernized.
Speaking later, the Additional EO said that the process of allotment of rooms has been decentralized as the Central Reception Office(CRO) is burdened in the current booking of rooms. This ensures the process of allotment and vacation rooms at Sub-Enquiry Offices to become easier.
TTD JEO Smt. Gautami, CVSO Sri Sridhar, CE Sri. Satya Narayana and other officials participated in this program.
Vision 2047 AIMS at Tirumala to be A Role Model Pilgrim Centre - TTD Eo
With the clarion call given by the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu who emphasized the need to balance traditional aesthetics with modern functionality in Tirumala’s development, TTD aims at making the Hill Town a role model centre of pilgrimage with its Vision 2047 Mission and marching ahead in that direction, asserted TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao.
Addressing media persons at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Sunday, the EO elaborated on the various development activities brought in the last six months. He said in alignment with “Swarna Andhra Vision 2047,” TTD has invited the proposals for “Tirumala Vision 2047”, a strategic initiative that focusses on planned development, environmental management, and heritage conservation in Tirumala.
Adding further the EO said n 2019 Tirumala Zonal Planning was done as part of TUDA Master Plan.
But this was a proposal based on the year 2017 statistics which does not suit the present requirements. So aiming at Vision 2047, revising the zonal development plan keeping in view the current and future needs.
The EO also said TTD has invited reputed agencies to contribute this transformative plan which includes concept plans for around 18 projects viz.Footpaths, Smart parking, formation of new link roads, Sub ways, redevelopment of different areas like Rambagicha bus stand, Balaji bus stand, Base camp development at Alipiri and many more.
Protecting Sanctity
Quickly elaborating on the various amendments and pilgrim friendly initiatives brought in the past six months, the EO said enhancing the taste of Laddu Prasadam, Ghee testing and improvement of quality of raw materials in outside labs, providing non-stop Annaprasadam to devotees in compartments and queue lines, opening up Kiosks for donations, queue line management, putting curbs on encroachments, rates of delicacies in various big and small eateries, improving sanitation are a few. "So far we have done 10% and still more to go'', he maintained.
Among others the EO said that as of now there is only adhoc plan for various constructions in Tirumala. We are contemplating Urban Design guidelines such that the constructions should give an aesthetic feel projecting equality and sanctity of Tirumala. So we have even decided to keep only divine names to Donor Rest Houses in Tirumala'', he said.
Automation and Technology
To speedup the accommodation, darshan and other services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims enhancing transparency and efficiency, TTD is mulling for Automation instead of manual operations. We are also thinking of introducing AI Chatbot for pilgrim service, he maintained.
The EO reiterated that the ultimate goal of TTD is to enhance the pilgrim experience, properly utilizing technology while preserving the spiritual and cultural sanctity of Tirumala for future generations.
TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, JEO Smt Goutami, CVSO Sri Sreedhar, CE Sri Satyanarayana and others were present.
Tarigonda Temple Gets Donation
The famous TTD sub temple of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Tarigonda located around 110km from Tirupati, received a donation in the form of precious ornaments on Sunday.
Chennai based devotees Smt Vasanta Lakshmi and her daughter Smt. Madhavi, son-in-law Sri Manohar and their family members donated 340.930 grams of gold crown worth Rs.27 lakhs to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.
The Temple Superintendent Sri Muni Bala Kumar, Temple Inspector Dri Krishnamurthy, assistant Nagaraju, and temple priests Sri Gopala Bhattar, Sri Krishna Prasad Bhattar, Sri Gokul, Sri Anil Kumar received the donation.
After darshan the donors were rendered Vedaseervachanam.

Chief Pontiff Of Shree Kashi Math Samsthan Offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara
HH Srimad Samyamdindra Thirtha Swamiji, Chief Pontiff of Shree Kashi Math Samsthan, Varanasi visited Sri Vari Temple, Tirumala on Saturday morning.
On his arrival at infront of Sri Vari Temple, TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary and Temple priests and Temple Priests welcomed him with Temple Honors and led him to Sanctum Santorium.
Temple Dy EO Sri Lokanadham, Peishkar Sri Ramakrishna and others were also present.
Brahmotsavams of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple
The Annual Brahmotsavams of Venkateswara Swamy temple in Devuni Gadapa in Kadapa District, will be held from January 29 to February 06 with Ankurarpanam on January 28.
The Brahmotsavam will commence with the ceremonial Dhwajavarohanam on January 29 at 9.30 am.
Swami vari Kalyanotsavam will be held on February 3 at 10 am. Grihastas (two) can participate in Kalyanotsavam by paying Rs.300/-.
Pushpayagam will be held on February 7 at 6 pm. Devotees can offer flowers for this.
On this occasion, TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and Annamacharya Project will organize daily Harikathas and Bhakti Sangeet spiritual programs.

Amendments in March Online Quota in View of Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam Quota Release Details
As TTD is set to release online quota of SRIVANI and SED tickets for Vaikuntha Ekdasi Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam which is scheduled from January 10 to 19, TTD has made some changes in the releasing dates of the online quota tickets of SRIVANI and SED for the month of March 2025.
As a part of it, initially the Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan tickets will be released online. On December 23, SRIVANI tickets will be released at 11am while Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan (SED) tickets will be released on December 24 at 11am.
On December 25 the March 2025 quota of SRIVANI tickets will be released at 11am and the Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan at 11am on December 26, while the accommodation for Tirumala and Tirupati at 3pm on the same day.
The devotees are requested to make note of these changes and book the darshan and accommodation tickets through TTD website https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov. in only.
Special Poojas at Srinivasa Mangapuram
In connection with Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Dwadasi on January 10 and 11 respectively, special pujas will be observed in Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram.
After Dhanurmasa Kainkaryams Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam will be given to devotees from 3:30am till 4pm and again from 5pm to 9pm on January 10 while on January 11, from 4am to 5pm and again from 6pm to 8:30pm darshan will be provided. While Chakra Snanam will be observed between 8am and 9am.
