Aim to Design Tirumala into A Planned Model Town - TTD EO







The aim is to design Tirumala into a well-planned Model Town, asserted TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao.


Addressing media persons in Tirupati in a media conference held at the Meeting Hall of the Administrative Building on Thursday evening.

The EO said, Tirumala being the world-famous Hindu religious center needs a well planned designing to become a Model Town. For this there is an urgent need for a vision document and set up an Urban Development and Town Planning Wing for TTD, he opined.

There should be multilevel or smart parking facilities for the new buildings and constructions to avoid traffic congestion as well make the footpaths Pedestrian friendly in Tirumala, he strongly felt. Even some old cottages, RTC Bus stand also needs to be redeveloped. We have also appointed one senior most and a retired Town Planning Officer as our Advisor to carryout the above task in a professional way keeping in view the futuristic needs for the next few decades", he stressed.

Adding further, the EO said, as such the TTD board has also taken a decision to spruce up Spiritual ambience in Tirumala by naming the existing cottages after Divine names. "For this purpose, TTD is contemplating to give around 150 Divine names so that the Donors of cottages shall select and accordingly the various rest houses in Tirumala shall be renamed", he maintained.

The EO also said, even the Legacy Waste which has piled up since last a few years will also be cleared in the next two to three months in Tirumala. The ultimate goal of TTD is to ensure that spiritual significance is reflected in every inch of Tirumala", he asserted.

TTD Chairman Meets TS CM





TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu paid a courtesy call on Telangana Chief Minister Sri Revanth Reddy at the later's residence in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad on Thursday.


On this occasion, the TTD Board Chief presented the Pattu Vastram to CM of TS.

Later the TS CM also felicitated Sri BR Naidu with a shawl, presented a memento and conveyed his best wishes on becoming the Chairman of TTD Trust Board.

Quota Increased



TTD has increased the quota of SRIVANI tickets issued in Renigunta Airport from 100 to 200 by reducing the offline quota being issued in Tirumala and this enhanced will come into effect from November 22 onwards.


It may be mentioned here that TTD issues 900 SRIVANI tickets in offline the counters established behind Gokulam Rest House in Tirumala everyday. From Friday onwards 800 tickets will be issued in Tirumala and another 200 at Renigunta Airport in Tirupati on first come first basis.

The devotees are requested to make note of these amendments.

February Quota Released



The February 2025 quota of Arjita Sev


a tickets were released on Thursday by TTD on Thursday online which included Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva 2025.


Details of other darshan and accommodation

TTD will release the February quota for virtual services and their viewing slots online at 3 PM on Thursday November 21, while the Anga Pradakshinam tokens will be released at 10am, SRIVANI tickets at 11am, Physically challenged and senior citizens at 3pm on November 23.

The Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan will be released at 10am on November 25, accommodation for Tirumala and Tirupati at 3pm on the same day.

Devotees are requested again to book the Arjita Sevas, darshan and accommodation tickets through TTD website https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in only.

Conduct Tiruchanoor Fest Akin to Tirumala - TTD Eo







The annual Brahmotsavam at Tiruchanoor should be conducted on par with Tirumala Brahmotsavams, directed TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao to the officials of various departments.


A review meeting took place at the Meeting Hall of the Administrative Building in Tirupati on Thursday evening in connection with the Navahnika Karthika Brahmotsavam of Sri Padmavati Ammavaru from November 28 to December 06.

As a part of this, the EO directed the officials concerned that precautions should be taken regarding sanitation by coordinating with local panchayat officials.

On the Medical front he said First Aid centers, Ambulances with required staff shall be kept ready.

As a security measure, CCTV cameras shall be installed at different vital places in coordination with the local police.

He said, steps should be taken to ensure that Anna Prasadam is being provided to all devotees in an uninterrupted manner.

Stressing the quality in cultural programs he said unique dance and bhajan troupes shall be invited.

Regarding Engineering works he said whitewash, painting, flexi boards and arches at important places, Harathi points, barricades, to be completed on time.
 
He also instructed that the flower exhibition by the Garden wing and electrical illumination should be attractive, matching the occasion.

JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Sreedhar, FACAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Satyanarayana, DyEO PAT Sri Govindarajan and other officers were present.
