TTD EO Sri J.Syamala Rao has directed the officials to make elaborate arrangements to ensure against any inconvenience to the devotees coming for the annual Kartika Brahmotsavams of Sri Padmavati Temple at Tiruchanoor which is scheduled from November 28-December 4.
Reviewing the Brahmotsavam arrangements on Monday in the Conference Hall of the TTD Administrative Building he instructed the officials of all the departments to keeping the past experiences and work in coordination to organise the festival on the lines of Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavams.
The EO directed the concerned officials to complete the engineering works like drinking water, rangolis, queue lines , barricades etc. at the earliest.
Among others the electrical decorations in the temple and surrounding areas, PA system and LED screens, the cultural, religious, music programs under auspices of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad at the Mahathi Kalakshetra, Annamacharya Kalamandiram, Ramachandra Pushkarini, Shilparam and Asthana Mandapam in Tirupati to attract the devotees.
He asked officials to prepare a list of dance troupes from other states performing in Vahan seva.
He suggested attractive flower decorations in the Friday Gardens along with continuous distribution of Annaprasadam on the day of Panchmi Theertham days as well on Brahmotsavam days and trained staff should be deployed in vahana Sevas to monitor elephants, horses and bulls.
EO also ordered that sufficient temporary and mobile toilets should be set up, provide better sanitation.
Doctors, paramedical staff along with ambulances and medicines should be kept ready to provide medical services to the devotees.
TTD surveillance and security officials should coordinate with the local police and take up strong security arrangements.

TTD refuted the charges of Srikakulam district Krishnapuram-based Ananda Ashram Pontiff Sri Sri Sri Srinivasananda Saraswati Swami who alleged during a media conference at Tirupati on Monday that TTD additional EO Sri Venkaiah Chowdhary had insulted denying the Darshan tickets sought by the Swamiji.
The pontiff had sought tickets for 50 VIP break Darshan and 550 SED(₹300) along with accommodation on Sunday. TTD had agreed to provide the accommodation as sought by the Pontiff.
The Additional EO had requested the Seer to reduce the demand for Darshan tickets, as being a Sunday and rush day and provision of such a large number of Darshan tickets was difficult.
However, the Ananda Ashram Pontiff did not agree to do so and instead held a media conference making serious allegations against a TTD superior official.
TTD reiterated its commitment and priority for common devotees and the charges made by the pontiff as uncalled for.
The Ankurarpanam for the annual Pavitrotsavams was held at Srinivasa Mangapuram on Sunday evening.
This annual festival is usually performed as a sin-free event to omissions and commissions performed either knowingly or unknowingly by temple staff, religious staff and devotees.
On the first day on October 28 Pavitra Pratista, the second-day Pavitra Samarpana and on the last day Pavitra Purnahuti will be observed.
