Sri Srinivasa Divyanugraha Homam Commences























On the auspicious day of Uttana Ekadasi in the sacred month of Karthika TTD commenced the significant Sri Srinivasa Divyanugraha Homam for the well-being of the entire humanity, advocated TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy.


Speaking at Homa Vedika at Alipiri Go Mandiram on Thursday, the TTD Trust Board Chairman said TTD has been doing a lot of religious programs since several decades and began yet another significant ritual for the well-being of devotees in the name of Sri Srinivasa Divyanugraha Visesha Homam.


He said this ritual has an important place in Hindu Dharmic scriptures invoking the blessings of Lord Agni with Venkateswara Sankalpam. Adding further he said it is not a single-day event but lasts till the existence of Universal Supremo Sri Venkateswara Swamy


"Usually performing Homam individually is expensive for many and with this Homam the devotees who aspire to perform Homam shall participate in an economic way. Even before we gave wide publicity towards this unique Homam, the tickets in online are booked till December ", he maintained.


The TTD Board Chief said very soon a permanent Homa Vedika will be built with the contribution of a donor so that 400-500 devotees can participate in different time slots in an uninterrupted manner. The devotees can select the date of their choice or on their special days. The only motto of TTD is beget the divine blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy to devotees, he reiterated.

Earlier a colourful procession of various artistes displaying portraying various deities led from SV Vedic University to Homa Vedika amidst Veda Ghosha by Vedic students.

Meanwhile devotees who participated in the Homam on its maiden expressed immense satisfaction and thanked TTD Chairman and the EO for rolling out the unique idea in the larger interests of devotees.

On the other hand the floral, pandal and electrical illuminations enhanced the glory and grandeur of the Homa Vedika in a befitting manner.


The utsava murthies of Sri Srinivasa with Sridevi and Bhudevi were seated on a special platform and Homam was performed with utmost devotion by vedic pundits of SV Vedic University.


The Honourable Minister Smt Roja, TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, board members Sri Deshpande, Dr Tippe Swamy, Sri Yanadaiah, Sri Subbaraju, Sri Venkata Satish, LAC chief of Chennai Sri Sekhar Reddy, JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, SVVU Vice Chancellor Acharya Rani Sadasiva Murthy, DLO Sri Veeraju were also present.


Among other elite and officials, TMC Mayor Dr Sirisha, Deputy Mayors Sri Abhinay Reddy, Sri Mudra Narayana, TMC Commissioner Smt Harita, SVIMS Director Sri RV Kumar and others also participated.


Ignoring Studies Brings Darkness in Life - TTD Chanirman













TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy cautioned students that if they ignore studies now it would spread darkness in their lives and in the future.

 

Addressing the inauguration of 79 th anniversary of the Sri Venkateswara Arts College students union on Thursday evening, as its chief guest, the TTD Chairman said students should strive to ensure the realization of their parent's dreams towards a good education and build up bright careers.

 

He said good education shapes the personality and future of students and hence they should study not only textbooks but also improve their general knowledge. He cautioned that student life and time are invaluable and if misused it would ruin their entire life.

 

TTD JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi said if students study well they could achieve important positions in their career.

February Quota of ₹300 Special Entry Darshan Tickets on 24th Nov



TTD to release February 2024 quota of ₹300/- Special Entry Darshan tickets at 10 am on November 24.

 

Similarly, the online quota of rooms at both Tirumala and Tirupati will be released at 3 pm on the same day.

 

Devotees are requested to book their Darshan and accommodation online in advance on the TTD website https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in  only.

 

SRIVARI SEVA QUOTA RELEASE ON NOVEMBER 27

 

The Srivari Seva quota for Tirumala and Tirupati for the month of February-2024 Rathasapthami slots(18 years to 50 years only) will be released on 27.11.2023 at 10 AM while the Srivari Seva Quota for Tirumala and Tirupathi, Navaneeta Seva for the months of January-2024 and February-2024 will be released on the same day at 12 noon. And the online Quota of Parakamani Seva, Tirumala for the months of January 2024 and February 2024 will be released at 3 pm.

Vishnu Saligrama Puja Held at Vasantha Mandapam








As part of Karthika Masa festivities, TTD organized the Vishnu Saligrama Puja on Thursday at Vasantha Mandapam between 3 pm and 4:30 pm and live telecasted on SVBC for the sake of global devotees.

 

The auspicious puja commenced after Utsava deities were brought to Vasantha Mandapam followed by Prarthana Sukta, Astadikpalaka Prarthana, and Navagraha puja.

 

Archakas performed Abhisekam to Saligrama while Veda pundits chanted Veda mantras followed by Harati and Naivedyam.

 

Purana pundit Sri Ramakrishna Seshasai said Saligramas were incarnations of Sri Maha Vishnu and their pujas resolves the problems of humanity and consumption of its Abhiseka thirtha cures diseases.

 

TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy Veda pundits from Dharmagiri Veda Vijnan peetham were present.
