₹1.51 Crore Donated to Hridayalaya




The Bengaluru-based Hindusthan Aeronautics Limited has donated 1.51 crore to the Sri Padmavati Children's Heart Care hospital towards the purchase of medical equipment.


An MoU was signed by representatives of the HAL and TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy along with hospital Director Dr Srinath Reddy on Thursday at the TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati.


Speaking on the occasion Sri CB Ananta Krishnan, CMD of HAL said the hospital under TTD is providing excellent service to the poor and saved lot many children with heart ailments.


The HAL contribution is towards necessary operation theatres, anaesthesia workstations,  ventilators with monitors as part of the company's CSR efforts.


TTD JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi, CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, HAL HR Director Sri AB Pradhan, Senior Manager Sri Somen Chaudhary, FA&CAO Sri Balaji, Additional CAO Sri Ravi Prasadu were also present.

Ayurvedic Students have A Bright Future - TTD JEo(H&E)











TTD JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi, said that Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of medicine, getting recognition at the global level and Ayurveda students shall see a bright future in the future.


The TTD-run SV Ayurvedic College, Tirupati organized a 15-day awareness program for the new students admitted this academic year as per the orders of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.


The  JEO was the chief guest at the closing meeting of the program held on Thursday. 


Speaking on the occasion, JEO said that students got admission in SV Ayurveda College due to Ayurvedic students due to the divine grace.


Ms. Sada Bhargavi, JEO of TTD, said that Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine, is getting recognition at the global level and Ayurveda students will have a bright future in the future.  SV Ayurveda College, Tirupati organized a 15-day awareness program for the new students admitted this academic year as per the orders of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.


It is advised to learn the Sanskrit language which is crucial for Ayurveda. She said TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy and EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy have taken the initiative to take Vedic education to further new heights.


College Principal and Medical Superintendent Dr. Renu Dixit said that with the cooperation of TTD management, quality education is being provided in the college and better Ayurvedic treatment is being provided free of cost to poor patients.


Nodal Officer Dr Vijayabhaskar Reddy, Vice Principal Dr Srinivasa Kumar, Pharmacy Incharge Dr Ramesh Babu, Medical Officer Dr. Subbareddy, Co-ordinators Dr Venkata Sivadu, Dr. Rashmibandekar, Dr Someshwar and others participated in this program.

Lakshbilvarchana Held in Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple







Laksha Bilvarchana Seva was performed in a religious manner at Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple in Tirupati on Thursday. 


Special programs were organized in the temple on this occasion.


As part of this, Abhishekam, Alankaram and Archana were performed by waking up the Lord at 3 am with Suprabhatam.  Laksha Bilvarchana Seva was held from 6 am to 12 am.  In this, the deity was worshipped with one lakh bilva leaves.


In the evening, the idol of Sri Chandrasekhara Swami will be paraded through the streets.


Temple Deputy EO Sri Devendra Babu, AEO Sri Subbaraju, Superintendent Sri Bhupathi, Temple Inspectors Sri Ravikumar, Sri Balakrishna, temple priests and officials participated in this program.

Vyasaraya Mutt SEER Offers Prayers






The 41st Pontiff of Vyasaraya Mutt, Sri Sri Vidyashreesha Teertha Swamiji offered prayers in Tirumala temple on Wednesday.

 

He was received at the Sacred Fig tree located near Old Annaprasadam Complex as per temple traditional honours (Pedda Maryada). Later DyEO Sri Haridranath welcomed the seer, while the archakas took the Pontiff to Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple with Isthikapal honours.

 

Temple Peishkar Sri Srihari, Parpathyedar Sri Thulasi Prasad and others were also present.
