All Set for One Day Brahmotsavam on16th Feb


















TTD has made extensive arrangements for Ratha Sapthami also known as Surya Jayanti and termed as Mini or one-day Brahmotsavam on February 16 and Sri Venkateswara will bless devotees on seven Vahana sevas on a single day.


MADA STREETS SPRUCED UP


TTD has installed sun shades in the galleries of Mada Street surrounding the temple and Akhandaam besides cool paints on the sacred path besides colourful Rangoli. All arrangements are made for time to time. Supply of Sambar rice, Pongal, Pulihora besides buttermilk, drinking water, tea, coffee and milk to Devotes in the galleries from morning to evening.


PRIVILEGED DARSHANS CANCELLED


Excepting protocol VIPs all other privileged Darshan to senior citizens, challenged persons, parents with infants etc. have been suspended on that day. SSD tokens will not be issued at Tirupati from February 15-17 for the benefit of common devotees and devotees could take Srivari Darshan directly through  Vaikuntam Queue Complex-2.


Devotees with 300 tickets are advised that if they do not observe time slot, they will be allowed for srivari Darshan only through Vaikunta-2.


OTHER ARRANGEMENTS


From  February 14-16, room allocations will be made through the CRO counters only and the counters at MBC, TBC will be shut down on these days. In addition to four lakh laddu buffer stock, another 4 lakhs is maintained for devotees benefit.


VAHANA SEVAS


Sri Malayappa Swamy blesses devotees first on Surya Prabha Vahanam 5.30- 8am, Chinna Sesha Vahanam 9.00am and 10.00 am, Garuda Vahanam 11.00-12.00 noon, Hanumanta Vahanam 1.00-2.00 pm, Chakra Snanam at 2.00-3.00 pm, Kalpavruksha Vahanam 4.00-5.00 pm, Sarva Bhoopala Vahanam 6.00-7.00 pm and finally  Chandra Prabha Vahanam  8.00-9. 00 pm. All Vahana Sevas will be live telecast by SVBC for the sake of global devotees.


ARJITA SEVAS CANCELLED


In view of day day-long festivities of Ratha Sapthami celebrations attended has cancelled all arjita Sevas at Srivari temple like Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Brahmotsavam, Shasra Dipalankra Sevas. Similarly, all Suprabatham, Tomala, Archana Sevas will be held in Ekantham.


INSPECTION OF SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS


On Tuesday evening the TTD  CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore and Tirupati district SP Smt Mallika Garg inspected the security arrangements at the entry and exit gates of galleries of Mada streets and made several valuable suggestions to vigilance and police officers on parking and traffic management.

Ensure 100% Pass in TTD Educational Institutions - TTD JEo




TTD JEO Sri Veerabraham directed that the principals and headmasters should make a concrete action plan to achieve 100 percent pass in TTD junior colleges and schools this academic year. 


On Tuesday, he conducted a review meeting with the educational institutions in his chambers in the TTD administrative building.


Speaking on this occasion, Sri. Veerabraham suggested that special training classes should be organized for students who are lagging behind in education.  He also asked the institution heads to inform the students about the educational opportunities available on passing the tenth standard. He said the role of principals is crucial for the all-round development of students, and asked them to be proactive in discharging their duties and responsibilities to reach the goal.


TTD DEO Dr.M. Bhaskar Reddy Principals of the junior colleges were also present.

Koil Alwar Tirumanajanam in Tiruchanoor Temple






In connection with Radhasaptami on February 16, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed in Tiruchanoor Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple on Tuesday between 6.30 am and 9 am.


Kalyanotsavam and Unjal Seva were cancelled in the temple.


On this occasion, a set of curtains were donated by a devotee from Hyderabad, Smt. Swarnakumari to the temple.


On February 16, the processional deity will parade on Surya Prabha Vahanam between 7:15am and 8:15am, from 8.45 am to 9.45 am on the Hamsa Vahanam, from 10.15 am to 11.15 am on the Asva Vahanam, from 11.45 am to 12.45 pm on the Garuda Vahanam.


Again between 1.15 pm and 2.15 pm on Chinnashesha Vahanam, from 6 pm to 7 pm Chandraprabha Vahanam, from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm Gaja Vahanam.


Meanwhile, between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm, Snapana Tirumanjanam is observed for the Ammavari Utsava Murty in Sri Krishnaswamy Mukha Mandapam.


On this occasion, TTD has cancelled Abhishekantara Darshan, Lakshmi Puja, Arjita Kalyanotsavam, Kumkumarchana, Break Darshan, Unjalaseva and Vedasirvachanam held in Ammavari temple.


At the sub shrine of Sri Suryanarayana Swamy, the deity will bless the devotees between 6 am and 7 am on the day of Surya Jayanti.

Greenery Should be Developed at TTD Temples- TTD JEo




TTD JEO Sri Veerabraham directed the officials to enhance the greenery at all its temples to provide more pleasant and spiritual atmosphere to the visiting devotees. 


He held a virtual meeting with the officials at his office in the TTD administration building on Monday.


On this occasion, the JEO said that appropriate steps should be taken to enhance greenery at Alipiri along with other TTD temples. 


The TTD should coordinate with the municipal authorities to take up planting of greenery in vacant plots.  He said medicinal plants should be grown in place of acacia trees in remnant forests. 


Officials were directed to make 2025 TTD calendars more attractive with pictures of local temples.  The officials were directed to complete the various ongoing engineering works in TTD as soon as possible.


Deputy EO Sri Govindarajan, DFO Sri Srinivas, Transport Department GM Sri Sesha Reddy, DEO Sri Bhaskar Reddy and other officials were present.


South India Music and Dance Festival by TTD from 14th to 16th Feb




The three-day South India Music and Dance festival will be organised by the TTD-run SV College of Music and Dance and SV Nadaswaram and Dolu School in the Mahati Auditorium between February 14 and 16.


The programme will be inaugurated on February 14 at 10am to which Shakti Peethadeeshwari Mata Ramyananda Bharati graces and Valedictory session is on February 16 at 6:45pm.


Prominent artists from various fields of fine arts including Padmasri Dr Yella Venkateswara Rao, Sri Pasumarti Ramalinga Sastry and others stalwarts will grace the three-day event and render lectures while the students are set to allure the audience with their great performances.


Dance ballets like Sri Krishna Leela Vilasam, Sri Rama Kathasaram, Bhakta Prahlada Yaksha Ganam etc. will be showcased on the occasion. Retired Principals of the College will also be felicitated on the occasion as a token of their contributions during their tenure.

Kumaradhara Theertha Mukkoti and Pournami Garuda Seva On 24th Nov




The torrent festival of Kumaradharatheertha Mukkoti will be observed in Tirumala on February 24 while the monthly Pournami Garuda Seva will also be observed on the same day.


Among the torrent festivals that are being observed by TTD, besides Tumburu, Ramakrishna Theerthams etc. Kumaradharatheertham also occupies a significant place as devotees take part in this torrent fest with enthusiasm.


Meanwhile, on the same day evening, Sri Malayappa will be taken on a celestial ride along four mada streets on mighty Garuda Vahanam between 7pm and 9pm.

Serve the Devotees with Patience - Dr BV Pattabhiram








Renowned counselling psychologist and personality development expert Dr BV. Pattabhiram suggested that the employees should patiently provide services to the devotees who come for the darshan of Srivaru everyday.


Dr. Pattabhiram conducted a training program for TTD employees on "How to Overcome Stress in Performance" at the SVETA Building in Tirupati on Monday.


On this occasion, he said that TTD employees should take many precautions to overcome the stress.  He said that stress increases due to some things that are not in our control like the mistakes made by others and expecting results for our works.  Ethical behaviour is very important for employees.  


He wants to be a guide to the family.  He said that sitting in Vajrasana for five minutes every morning and standing straight and looking at the sky will relieve stress.


Sri Bhuman, Director of SVETA, said that training programs will be conducted with experts on health matters for TTD employees.  Trekking will be organized soon so that interested employees can visit the torrents in Seshachalam.


Later, along with SVBC Chairman Dr. Saikrishna Yachendra, Sri Bhuman awarded certificates to the employees who attended the training.
