Impressive Cultural Programs In Ratha Sapthami Vahana Sevas












Devotees were impressed with the colourful cultural programs organized by TTD's Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and Dasa Sahitya Project during the Ratha Saptami Vahana Seva held at Tirumala Srivari Temple on Friday.

A total of 900 artists from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka participated.  Artistes from 5 art groups performed in each Vahana Seva. 

Performers impressed devotees with Kolatam, Legims, Deepanrityam, Kerala - Onam Dance, Folk Dance, Gopika Dance, Harathi Dance, Annamayya Vinnapalu Dance, Rajasthan - Dandiya Dance, Pondicherry - Karagattam, Assam-Bihu dance.

Apart from these, the artists performed Mohini Attam, Garbha dance, Bindela dance, Kuchipudi dance, Maharashtrian Lavani dance, Bengali dance.

All Projects Program Officer Sri Rajagopal and Dasa Sahitya Project Special Officer Sri. Ananda Theerthacharyulu supervised these programs.

Evening Vahana Sevas Immerse Devotees in Devotional Waves



















The Vahana Sevas are classified into two with first four before Chakra Snanam and the next three after on Friday.

The second half of Vahana Sevas commenced with Kalpavriksha Vahanam.

KALPAVRIKSHA VAHANAM (4 pm to 5 pm)

Sri Malayappa Swamy along with His two Consorts, Sridevi and Bhudevi bless the devotees on the Kalpavriksha vahanam in the four Mada streets of the temple in the evening.  Kalpavriksha is one of the precious objects that originated in Ksheera Sagara Mathanam in the form of a wish-fulfilling divine tree. 

It is the belief of the devotees that Srivaru will grant the desired boons by having His darshan on the Kalpa Vriksha Vahanam.

SARVABHUPALA VAHANA(6 pm to 7 pm)

Sarvabhupala means the king of the universe.  It means that Srivaru is the king of all rulers.  Indra to the east, Agni to the south-east, Yama to the south, Niruti to the south-west, Varuna to the west, Vayu to the north-west, Kubera to the north and Parameshwara to the north-east are the eight rulers.  All of them serve Swami on their shoulders and in their hearts.  Thus Swami is conveying the message that people will be blessed under their rule who will be acting as per His directives.

CHANDRAPRABHA VAHANAM (8 to 9 pm)

Moon is often considered as Sasyakaraka. Lilies bloom when the moon rises.  Devotees are excited when they witnessed Lord on Chandraprabha vahanam. 

The Sapta Vahana Sevas culminated with Sri Malayappa Swamy on the soothing Chandraprabha Vahanam.

3,72,260 numbers of Annaprasadam, 1,88,800 beverages, 25,650 snacks were distributed to devotees from 4 am till 8 pm

Srivari Sevakulu Serve Devotees with Dedication













The grand Ratha Sapthami celebrations were successfully conducted by TTD under the supervision of senior officials and their staff making elaborate hassle free arrangements to the devotees on Friday upon the directions of TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy and EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.


The SVBC CEO Sri Shanmukh Kumar, CE Sri Nageswar Rao and FA&CAO Sri O Balaji supervised overall arrangements under the instructions of JEO Sri Veerabrahmam in Four Mada streets with support of sectoral officers, DFO Sri Srinivasulu on East, DyEO Sri Siva Prasad on West, EE Sri G V Krishna Reddy on South and Estates Special Officer Sri Mallikarjuna and DyEO Smt Prashanti on North Mada streets.


Srivari Sevakulu excelled in serving devotees in rendering Annaprasadam, Water distribution, vigilance services.


About 2000 Srivari Sevakulu were deployed for  Anna Prasadam, Health and Vigilance departments exclusively for four Mada streets from 4.00 am of Friday till 10pm, under the supervision of Chief PRO Dr Ravi and srivari seva office staff.


Similarly, Srivari Sevaks were deployed for preparing Annaprasadam packets at Vengamamba, PAC 2, Vaikuntham  Annaprasadam complexes etc.

Chakrasnanam










Chakrasnanam was performed at Swami Pushkarini located near Sri Bhuvarahaswamy temple.  On this occasion, priests offered special bath to the Chakratalwar with milk, curd, ghee, honey and sandalwood paste before giving holy dip.


Devotees cherished all Vahana sevas and also had holy dip during Chakra Snanam.


Later they all geared up for vahana sevas lined up in the second half of the day.

                                             

Devotees Beeling to Tirumala on Ratha Sapthami Day




All the four mada street galleries were brimming with devotees on Friday as vahanams rolled out as part of Ratha Sapthami celebrations of Srivari temple in Tirumala. 

On the ocassion of Surya Jayanti vahanams were held from early morning to late evening and TTD made all arrangements like erection of temporary shades, Annaprasadam, drinking water, toilets and urinals.

Entire hill shrine including srivari temple, main junctions were richly decorated with flowers and electrical lights.

To regulate the heavy rush of devotees 850 vigilance, 700 police, 2900 srivari sevakulu were deployed and SVBC gave live coverage of the entire event for the sake of global devotees.

Among others 25 doctors,50 para medics, two mobile clinics, 5 ambulances, besides four medical teams on four mada streets were positioned. 

Following successful and event free conclusion of the mini  Brahmotsavam both TTD Chairman and EO  complimented employees, staff and devotees.

On the occasion of Dussehra, NTR's "Devara," is set to release on October 10




Devara, starring NTR, has been progressing with full force. Directed by the masterful Koratala Siva, this movie promises to be a global spectacle. Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor is cast as the leading lady, while another Bollywood star, Saif Ali Khan, is set to entertain in a key role.


The film is being made in two parts, with the first installment, "Devara Part 1," scheduled for a worldwide release on October 10. The makers have announced a grand release for "Devara Part 1" on October 10, on the occasion of Dussehra festival, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

The release date poster has been impressing fans online, who are celebrating after seeing NTR's look. The poster suggests that the action sequences will be intense and that NTR's character will be portrayed with a heightened sense of mass appeal.

The glimpses of "Devara" released so far have trended and set records on social media, showcasing the film's anticipated impact. NTR plays the title role in "Devara," with Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Tovino Thomas, Shine Tom Chacko, and Narain in key roles.

Devara is a highly anticipated film presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram while it is bankrolled under the banner of NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts. Mikkilineni Sudhakar and Hari Krishna K are the producers. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music. Sreekar Prasad is handling the editing works, R. Rathnavelu is acting as the cinematographer, and Sabu Cyril is the production designer.
