Kalyana Srinivasa in Saraswathi Alankaram on Hamsa
On the second day evening of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy in Saraswati Alankaram on Hamsa Vahanam impressed devotees.
While bulls, horses and gajarajas were walking in front of the vehicle, artists were glorifying the event with divine chants and kolatams.
Devotees visited the Lord by offering Haratis at every step.
In this program, Spl Gr. Deputy EO of the temple Smt. Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Gopinath, Advisor of Vaikhanasa Agama Sri. Mohana Rangacharyu, Superintendents Sri. Venkataswamy, Sri Chengalrayalu, Temple Priest Sri. Balaji Rangacharyulu, Temple Inspector Sri. Kiran Kumar Reddy participated in this program.
Venugopala Krishna on Chinna Sesha
On the second day morning of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams in Srinivasa Mangapuram, Sri Venugopala Krishna blessed His devotees on the five hooded Chinna Sesha Vahanam.
Friday also being Ma Yasodha Jayanti, Yasodha Krishna in all His cuteness charmed devotees.
The artists displayed various artforms in front of Chinna Sesha Vahanam.
Special Grade DyEO Smt Varalakshmi and other office staffs, religious staffs were also present.
Tug of War Winners in TTD Sports Competitions
The Sports competitions of TTD employees started on Friday. Here are the details of the winners of the Tug of War competition held on the first day.
- The team of Chief Engineer Sri Nageswara Rao was declared the winner in the category of TTD Officers. CPRO Dr T. Ravi's team was the runner-up.
- Smt. Damaraselvi's team won and Smt. Kumaridevi's team was the runner-up in the women's category above 45 years.
- Smt Yashoda's team won the Women's Under 45 category while Smt. Jamuna's team came runner-up.
- Sri Rajendran's team won the men's over 45 category, while Sri Devasundaram's team was the runner-up.
-Sri A. Munivenkata Reddy's team won and Sri R. Balaji Singh's team came runner-up in the men's tug-of-war competition under 45 years.
Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Brahmotsavams Begins
The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kapileswara Swamy in Tirupati began on a grand religious note on Friday morning with the hoisting of Nandi Dhwajapatam on the temple pillar.
The event was carried out at the auspicious Meena Lagnam at 7.40 am in the presence of Panchamurthies, Sri Somaskandhamurthy, Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru, Sri Vinayaka Swami, Sri Chandikeswaraswamy, Sri Valli, Devasena sahita Sri Subramanya Swamy.
The program was scientifically conducted under the guidance of Kankanabhattar Sri Manivasan Gurukul.
