Rhythmic Concerts in Kapila Thirtham

The music and dance programs organized by Sri Venkateswara College of Music and Dance and Sri Venkateswara Nadaswaram and Dolu School on the ninth day of the annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Kapileswara Swamy were magical.

As part of this, the Nava Dolu Vadya Sammelan performed by Dr. YL Srinivasulu and Nagaraju group on the stage set up in the temple premises enthralled the art lovers.

Earlier, Sri Venkateswara Bhagavatar, Harikatha faculty of the college, and his group of disciples sang devotional music.

After that, the Bharatanatyam performance by Sri. Ravis Subramaniam, the faculty of the college and his group of students was impressive.

In this program, the principal of the college Dr. Uma Mudubala, other faculty, students and others participated.

Ayodhyakanda Akhanda Parayanam on 10th March

The eighth edition of Ayodhya Kanda Akhanda Parayanam will be held in the Nada Neerajanam platform at Tirumala on Sunday between 7am and 9am.

As part of it 156 shlokas from Chapters 26-30 besides 25 shlokas from Yogavasistyam and Dhanwantari Maha Mantram will be recited.

Vedic scholars and devotees participate in this event and will be telecast live by SVBC for the sake of global devotees.

Tirumala Srivari Salakatla Theppotsavam form 20th to 24th March

Srivari Salakatla Teppotsavams will be held from March 20-24:in Tirumala between 7pm and 8 pm everyday in Swamy Pushkarini.

On the first day of the Raft Festival, on March 20, Sri Ramachandramurthy along with Sri Sita Lakshmana Anjaneya will parade three rounds on the float in Pushkarini and bless the devotees.

On the second day, on March 21, Sri Krishna Swamy along with Rukmini will take a trip on the rafts three times.

On the third day, March 22, Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi blesses the devotees by wrapping them in Pushkarini three times.

Similarly, Sri Malayappa Swamy will visit the devotees five times on the fourth day on March 23 and seven times on the last day on March 24.

TTD has cancelled Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on March 20 and 21, Arjita Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara services on March 22, 23 and 24.

Siva Parvatula Kalayanam Held

On the ninth day of Sri Kapileswara Swamy annual Brahmotsavam in Tirupati, the celestial Kalyanam of Siva and Parvati was held in grandeur.

On this occasion, under the guidance of the temple's head priest Sri Manivasan Gurukul, the priests performed the ritualistic kalyanam of Parvati Parameshwar with utmost devotion.

Later on Tiruchi, Swami paraded through the streets and blessed the devotees.

TRISHUL SNANAM ON MARCH 10:

The last day of Brahmotsavam will be celebrated on Sunday, March 10, with Trisula Snanam.

From 6.30 am to 8.30 am Sri Natarajaswamy will give darshan on Suryaprabha Vahanam. From 9 am to 10.30 am Trisula Snanam ghattam will be conducted as per the tenets of Saivagama.

Dhwajavarohanam will be held between 6 pm and 7.30 pm. The annual fest will conclude with Ravanasura Vahanaseva held from 8 to 10 pm.

Tirupati Mayor Dr Sirisha, Temple Deputy EO Sri Devendra Babu, AEO Sri. Subbaraju, and other staff, devotees participated in this celestial Kalyanam.
