Bike Donated

 





Pune-based BGauss automobiles MD Sri Hemanth Kandra along with Vice President Sri Sathi Setti have donated Rs. 1.50lakh worth of electric scooter to TTD.


The donors handed over the bike keys to TTD Reception DyEO Sri Harindranath after Puja in front of Tirumala temple on Saturday.

AP CS Offers Prayers in Tiruchanoor

 







The Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh Dr KS Jawahar Reddy offered prayers in Sri Padmavati Devi temple at Tiruchanoor on Saturday evening.


On his arrival, he was given a traditional welcome by the religious staff.


The CS offered prayers to the presiding deity. Later he was rendered Vedaseervachanam by the Vedic Pundits.


TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam presented him with Ammavari Prasadam.

Temple DyEO Sri Govindarajan, VGO Sri Bali Reddy and others were also present.

Sri Rama Chandra Rides on Hamsa

 









On Saturday evening as part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati, Sri Ramachandra Murty took a celestial ride on Hamsa Vahanam to bless His devotees.


The parade was lead by caparisoned elephants, amidst grand Kolatams and Vaidyams by artists along temple streets.


Devotees were seen rendering Harati to the majestic Sri Rama who sat atop Hamsa with royalty.


Both the seers of Tirumala, DyEOs Sri Govindarajan, Smt Nagaratna and others were present.

Ankurarpanam Held

 









Ankurarpanam for the annual Brahmotsavams in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati was observed on Thursday evening.

As a part of this ritual Vedaprabandha Sattumora, Senadhipathi Utsavam, Medini Puja were held.

Senior Pontiff of Tirumala, DyEO Smt Nagaratna, AEO Sri Parthasaradhi, Chief priest Sri Anandakumar Deekshitulu were also present.

On April 5, the annual fete commences with Dwajarohanam between 8am and 8:25am. Every day there will be Bahana Sevas both in the morning and in the evening.

Garuda Seva is on April 9 while Hanumanta Vahanam on April 10. On April 12 Rathotsavam, and on April 13, the event concludes with Dhwajavarohanam. 

Glory of Sri Kodandarama on Peddasesha Vahanam

 











As part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavam in Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Tirupati, Pedda Sesha Vahanam was observed on Friday evening.


Sri Sita Lakshmana along with Sri Ramachandra Murthy entertained the devotees with their divine presence on the seven-hood serpent king carrier.


While the pachyderms were moving in front, and groups of devotees presenting colourful kolatams, the Vahanaseva of the Lord paraded majestically amidst the music of mangal Vaidyams.


In this program HH Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy and HH Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala, Deputy EOs Sri Govindarajan, Smt. Nagaratna, AEO Sri. Parthasaradhi, Superintendent Sri. Somasekhar, Temple Inspectors Sri. Chalapathy, Sri. Suresh and temple priests were present.

Dinamu Dwadasi Observed

 











In connection with the 521st Tallapaka Annamacharya Vardhanti, Saptagiri Sankeertana Gosti Ganam were rendered with utmost devotional fervour coupled with Anugraha Bhashanam by HH Srivan Satagopa Yateendra 

Mahadesikan, the 46th Pontiff of Ahobilam Mutt at Narayanagiri Gardens in Tirumala on Friday evening.


At the beginning of the program, Lakshmi Nrisimha Mala was offered to the first disciple of Ahobila Mutt, Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya idol.


Saptagiri Sankeertans by Annamacharya Project artists were rendered in a melodious manner in front of Sri Malayappa, Sridevi and Bhudevi.


The Sankeertans included Dinamu Dwadasi Nedu..Bhavamulona...

In his Anugraha Bhashanam the Ahobilam Pontiff said, TTD has been observing Annamacharya Vardhanti fete in a grand manner since many years and he has been Participating for the past 15 years in the Soulful program.


He said, Annamacharya penned 32000 Shringara, Yoga, Bhakti Sankeertans as he was taught 32 Beejakshara Mantram by Ahobila Seer. These Sankeertans penned by Annamacharya are Na Bhuto Na Bhavishyati. 


He wished TTD should prepare more and artists and Vidhwans to take forward the legacy of Annamaiah Sankeertans.


He also said there is a unique bond between Tirumala and Ahobila Kshetras as Sri Venkateswara Himself prayed Ahobila Narasimha seeking His blessings before he tied the nuptial knot to Sri Padmavati Devi.


Later Garuda Puranam 1 and 2 first copy were presented to Ahobila Mutt Pontiff as Pustaka Prasadam by TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy along with Srivari Prasadams.


The Pontiff also offered blessings to EO, Tallapka descendants, Annamacharya Project Director Dr Vibhishana Sharma, artists, devotees on the occasion.


Estates Officer and Prakamani DyEO Sri Mallikharjuna, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, Peishkar Sri Srihari, AVSOs Sri Manohar, Sri Vishwanath and others were also present.
