As a part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati, Sri Ramachandra Murty rides on Sarvabhoopala Vahanam.


On Monday evening, the deity seated majestically, took out celestial ride along mada streets to bless the devotees.


Both the Pontiffs of Tirumala, HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, and HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, DyEO Smt Nagaratna and others were present.

Annamaiah Sankeertans AIMS at Spiritual Integrity

 






Telugu Padakavita Pitamaha Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya Sankeertans were aimed at creating spiritual integrity in those days among the public, said scholars.


On the last day of the five-day literary meet held at Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati on Monday, Prof. Sarvottama Rao spoke on Annamaiah Prabhodamu, VC of Sri Potti Sriramulu Telugu University from Hyderabad Prof. Bhumaiah delivered lecture on Annamaiah-Spirituality while Sri JD Naidu given lecture on Annamaiah Alimelumanga Satakam, in the evening Sri Raghunath team and Smt Visalakshi rendered Sankeertans.


Project Director Dr Vibhishana Sharma was also present.

Sri Govinda Raja Swamy Vari Temple Asthanam Held

 







On the last day of the five-day 521st Annamacharya Vardhanti fete, Sri Govindaraja Swamy Astanam was held in Annamacharya Kalamandiram on Monday.


The Project Director Dr Vibhishana Sharma speaking on the occasion said, Deity to the doorstep of His Devotee has become true with the Lord Himself appearing at Annamacharya Kalamandiram. Such was the great Bhakti of Annamacharya towards Sri Venkateswara. 


The project artists rendered a few Sankeertans penned by the Saint Poet on the occasion in a melodious manner. Earlier the procession of utsava deities took place. After Astanam, the deities returned to the temple.
