Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam Held at Appalayagunta Temple

TTD on Tuesday performed the sacred Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam fete ahead of the forthcoming annual Brahmotsavam from June 17-25 at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple in Appalayaguntaand. Ankurarpanam will be observed on the evening of June 16.

After the traditional temple cleansing fete with Parimalam mixture, Sarva Darshan commenced from 11am onwards.

Temple DyEO Sri. Govindarajan, chief archaka Sri Surya Kumar Acharyulu, Superintendent Smt Srivani, Temple inspector Sri Shiva and archakas were present.

Arjun's Daughter Marries in Grand Style

Actor Arjun's daughter, Aishwarya, weds Umapathy, son of renowned Tamil comedian Thambi Ramaiah, on June 10 at Anjanasuta Sri Yoganjaneyaswamy Mandir in Chennai. The celebrations began with the Haldi ceremony on June 7, followed by the Sangeet on June 8. The wedding ceremony took place on June 10 between 9 to 10 am, attended by numerous film celebrities. The reception is set for June 14 at Chennai Leela Palace.
