AP CM Offers Prayers in Tirumala Temple






























The Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri N Chandrababu Naidu offered prayers in the Hill Shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy along with his family on Thursday.


In his maiden visit to Tirumala after being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Chandra Babu Naidu paid obeisance in the sanctum sanctorum of Sri Venkateswara along with his wife Smt Bhuvaneshwari, son and AP Minister Sri Lokesh, daughter in law Smt Brahmini and grandson Chi. Devansh. Earlier he reached the temple through Vaikuntham Queue Complex and was welcomed by TTD JEOs Sri Veerabrahmam, Smt Goutami, CVSO Narasimha Kishore at Mahadwaram. 

Later the temple priests offered him the traditional Isthikapal Swagatam amidst vedic hymns and Mangala Vaidyams.

Among other officials who accompanied the CM were Principal Secretary Endowments Sri Karikalavalavan, Tirupati Collector Sri Praveen Kumar, SP Sri Harshavardhan Raju and others. A galaxy of newly elected members of Parliament and Legislature were also present.

After offering prayers in the sanctum, the CM was presented with Sesha Vastram and later offered Vedasirvachanam in Ranganayakula Mandapam followed by the presentation of TTD Calendar, Diary, Theertha Prasadams. 

CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, CPRO Dr T Ravi, Temple DyEO Sri Lokanatham, Reception DyEOs Sri Harindranath, Sri Bhaskar and others were also present.

Later the CM also offered prayers in Sri Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple, offered coconut at Akhilandam and took the blessings of Tirumala Sri Pedda Jeeyangar Swamy along with his family.

Ankurarpanam Held






The Beejavapanam for the annual Pushpayagam was observed on Thursday evening in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati.


As the annual Pushpayagam is scheduled on June 14, the Ankurarpanam fete was observed in the temple.

As a part of it, Senadhipathi Utsavam was held in a religious manner followed by seed sowing ritual.

Temple DyEO Smt Shanti, AEO Sri Munikrishna Reddy and others were present.
