As a part of Tiruvadipuram Sattumora, Purusaivari Totsavam was observed in Tirumala on Wednesday evening. 

On the holy occasion, the utsava idols of Sri Malayappa Swami along with Sridevi and Sri Bhudevi reached the Purusaivari Tota in the evening in a colourful procession.

On this holy occasion, special Harati, garlands and Shatari were offered. Thereafter the Utsava idols returned to the temple.

Temple Peishkar Sri. Srihari, Parupattedar Sri Bala Subramanyam and others were present.

Sri S Sreedhar, IPS took charge as the new Chief Vigilance and Security Officer of TTD in Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Tirumala on Wednesday.

  

Later, he had darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, followed by Aseervachanam by Vedic Pandits in Ranganayakula Mandapam.

 

The new CVSO was offered Theertha Prasadams along with a laminated photo of Srivaru.

The Vigilance and Security wing officials, cops of TTD were present.
