Providing Hassle Free Darshan to Devotees is Our Prime Goal - TTD Eo















Stating that Patriotism and Piety are inextricably interlinked, TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao advocated that providing hassle-free darshan to the tens of thousands of devotees visiting Tirumala temple from across the globe is the numero uno goal of TTD.


In his I-Day speech on the occasion of the 78th Independence Day celebrations after unfurling the National Flag in TTD Parade Grounds in Tirupati on Thursday, the EO said, taking the inspirational path laid by our great National leaders, TTD is also sanctifying in the service of devotees from the past several decades since its inception. "Bringing reforms in the larger interests of the pilgrims, is a never ending process in TTD as it keeps on changing keeping in view the majority needs of the devotees according to the time", he observed.  

For the benefit of the common pilgrims, we have restricted the SRIVANI Seva online quota to 1000 and enhanced the SSD tokens, to avoid long waiting hours for pilgrims. We have also improved the quality and taste of Laddu Prasadams, Annaprasadams and also ensured continuous supply of food and milk distribution to the pilgrims in the compartments and queue lines.

To upkeep the Tirumala environs clean and green, the sanitation measures have also been enhanced, the hotels and eateries in Tirumala are instructed to serve qualitative and affordable delicacies to visiting pilgrims. All these measures are a continuous process and the ultimate goal is to provide a comfortable stay, hassle free darshan and a memorable pilgrimage experience to devotees visiting Tirumala. 

To achieve this goal, the EO called upon the entire TTD workforce to render more dedicated services to the devotees with team spirit and take forward the fame of the institution on a global level.

JEOs Smt Goutami, Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Sridhar, CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar, Additional CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, FACAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, CPRO Dr T Ravi, other officials, employees were also present.

Ensure a positive pilgrimage experience to the scores of devotees visiting Tirumala across the globe said, the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary.


During his I-Day speech after hoisting the National Flag on the occasion of the 78th Independence Day at GokuIam Rest House premises in Tirumala on Thursday, he said many great leaders have dedicated their lives for bringing freedom to the Nation. 

''Our Hindu Santana Dharma, puranas, sacred texts have taught us the spirit of selfless service, sacrifice and truth with which our great freedom fighters achieved freedom. Travelling in their path, all the employees should pledge to give utmost dedicated services with team work, so that the pilgrims experience positive vibes and return their homes with a memorable Tirumala Pilgrimage experience'', he said.

Adding further, the additional EO said, ''Today we are providing hassle-free darshan to nearly 85 thousand devotees per day and the employees of TTD are rendering round-the-clock services in terms of providing qualitative  Annaprasadam, keeping the premises clean,  proper queue line management, ensuring hassle free darshan to devotees with a great team work.

In coming years we all pledge to offer enhanced services to the pilgrims and enrich the reputation of TTD across the globe and stand as a role model to other religious institutions", he asserted.

All heads of Tirumala departments including SE2 Sri Satyanarayana, Dy EOs Sri Bhaskar, Sri Venkataiah, VGOs Sri Surendra, Sri NTV Ramakrishna and other officers were also present.
