Malayappa Visits VIkhanasa Sannidhi

 






On the succeeding day of Sravana Pournami, Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi visited Sri Vikhanasa Maharshi Sannidhi located on North Mada street in Tirumala on Tuesday evening.


Temple officials participated in this program.

No Accommodation to The Donors During Annual Fete

 




With an aim to provide more accommodation to the common pilgrims, who throng Tirumala during the ensuing Srivari annual brahmotsavams from October 4 to 12, no accommodation will be provided to donors during that period. 


The accommodation during Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams 2024 remains blocked for the donors of various Trusts and Schemes. 

Except on the days of Dhwajarohanam on October 4 and Chakra Snanam on October 12, the donors will be allowed for Darshan as per their available privileges. 

The Donors are requested to make note of this and co-operate with TTD.

Walk-In Interviews on 29th Aug for Civil Asst.Surgeon Posts (Contract)

 




TTD is organising walk-in interviews on August 29 for contract based five posts of Civil Assistant Surgeons (BC-B(W) -01, ST (W) - 01, BC-B -01, SC -01, BC-D(W)- 01 ) for MBBS qualified candidates to serve at TTD hospitals and dispensaries.


Interested candidates should attend the interviews from 11am onwards at the Central Hospital TTD Administrative Building Complex along with their certificates (both original and xerox copies) of qualifications and experience.

Gokulashtami Fete at SV Go Samrakshanasala

 




TTD is organising a Gokulashtami fete at the SV Go Samrakshanasala on  August 27 with special Gopuja and cultural programs.


As per tradition, TTD is celebrating the Jayanti fête of Sri Krishna as Janmashtami in a grand manner in Tirupati.

TTD is making elaborate arrangements at Sri Venkateswara Goshala with decorations of heavy canopies, mango leaves and flowers. 

On the occasion of Gokulashtami, special programs will be organized at SV Go Samrakshanasala. They include Venuganam, Veda Parayanam by students of Tirumala Vedic School, Bhajans and Kolatams by artists of TTD Dasa Sahitya Project.

Vikhanasa Maharshi Jayanthi Held

 






The doyen of Vaikhanasa Agama, Sri Vikhanasa Maharshi Jayanti was observed in Tirumala on Monday.


Under joint aegis of TTD Alwar Divyaprabandha Project and Sri Vaikhanasa Divya Sidhanta Vivardhini the program was held at Astana Mandapam.

Many stalwarts spoke on the great works of Sage Vikhanasa on the occasion.

Representatives from the Vikhanasa Trust, TTD and vedic scholars were also present.

Sravana Upakarma in Srivari Temple

 








Shravana Upakarma was performed in Tirumala Srivari Temple on Monday on the auspicious occasion of Sravana Pournami on Monday.


As part of this, Sri Krishna Swamy is brought on a procession to the temple of Sri Bhuvarahaswamy and performed Snapana Tirumanjanam.  

After that, a new Yajnopaveeta was presented to the Lord and the Asthanam was held.  

Later Swami reached the temple in a procession.

Temple Peishkar Sri Srihari, priests and other officials participated in this program.
